What makes AI work isn't the model.

Every business is getting the same models. What makes one business's AI work — and another's quietly die — is the design around it. The system. The fit. The thing you can't buy from a vendor. That's what we work on.

Intelligence, by design.

Every business has access to the same models. The differentiation isn't the model — it's how it sits inside your specific business. Where it touches your team. What it knows about your work. How it gets better the longer it runs. That's a design problem, not an engineering problem.

Most AI you'll be pitched gets the design wrong. It treats the model as the system and the integration as glue. We treat it the other way around: the system around the model is the work, and the model is a component you can swap when something better comes along.

We believe in design as the moat.

When AI is designed in, it stays. Your team uses it without thinking about it. It gets sharper and more useful the longer it runs. When it's bolted on, it doesn't survive the first quarter. The difference is design.

Design the system before the model.

The interesting decision is rarely which model to use. It's what the system around it should do — what it touches, what it doesn't, what it learns over time. We design that first. The model is the last decision, not the first.

Restraint is a feature.

The AI systems that ship and stay are the ones that do less than they could. A narrow scope, held with discipline, beats a broad scope held by accident. We build what your team will actually use — and still be using a year on.

Design is the moat.

The model is rented. Every business gets the same one. What you build around it — the design, the fit, the system that makes it work in your business and not in someone else's — is what differentiates you. That's what we work on.
